炼油厂高含盐浓水泵结垢原因分析及对策

摘要 浓水提升泵是炼油厂处理回用浓水的必要设备,文中对浓水提升泵的垢样进行了分析。找到了浓水沉淀结垢的影响因素,并通过考察沉降时间和水质加药量及pH调节,发现了结垢的原因,提出了防止浓水提升泵结垢跳闸的对策。 Concentrated water lifting pump is a necessary equipment to treat and reuse concentrated water. This paper mainly analyzed the scale samples of concentrated water lifting pump, found the influencing factors of concentrated water precipitation and scaling, investigated the settlement time, dosage and pH regulation of water quality, found the causes of scaling, and put forward the countermeasures to prevent pump trip due to the scaling of concentrated water lifting pump.
