摘要
阐述了超声检测、渗透检测、磁粉检测等无损方法的原理、应用范围、优缺点及在某石化公司裂解E1、E2装置2018年大检修过程中的应用。以期对同类乙烯装置的无损检测起到参考和借鉴作用。
the principle, application scope, advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic testing, penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing and other non-destructive methods as well as their application in the 2018 overhaul process of cracking E1 and E2 units of a petrochemical company are described. In order to provide reference for the nondestructive testing of similar ethylene plant.
