Development and application on communication between Yokogawa AMS station and safety barrier HART

阐述了如何将横河AMS站与安全栅进行连接,AMS站安装PRM软件,使用HART协议获取现场智能仪表的数据信息,便于仪表人员的维护,方便数据的存储,减少现场维护的工作量,实现装置的平稳运行,提高生产操作控制整体水平。

This paper mainly discussed how to connect the Yokogawa AMS station with safety barrier,install the PRM software on AMS station,utilize HART protocol for data information of field intelligent instrument which was easy to do instrument maintenance and convenient for data storage,reduce the maintenance workload,realize the equipment running smoothly,and improve the overall level of the operation control.
