Steam optimization and energy-saving measures and effects in ethylene plant

摘要 文中从裂解炉产汽、汽轮机蒸汽利用2个方面展开论述,列举某600 kt/a乙烯装置蒸汽优化措施。对比蒸汽优化前后数据,得出清理裂解炉SLE和调整三机组抽汽可降低装置能耗并节约装置成本投入的结论,为装置后续蒸汽优化操作提供指导。 This paper discussed the optimization operation on steam system of 600 kt/a ethylene plant from two aspects of steam production of cracking furnace and steam utilization of steam turbine,concluded that it can reduce the energy consumption of the unit and save the cost by clearing SLE of cracking furnace and adjusting the extraction steam of compressors and finally provided guidance for the follow-up steam optimization operation.
