出租车不同计价方式下居民出行选择多主体仿真研究——基于西安市现实数据 被引量:1

摘要 首先,将出租车市场细分为传统出租车(包括网络预约出租车和巡游车)和网约车(专车和快车)。其次,在分析居民出租车模式选择影响因素的基础上,对由于网约车动态计价变化所引起的出租车不同运营模式(网约出租车、巡游车、专车和快车)的客流变化情况进行Agent建模,并基于西安市现实数据探究出租车不同运营模式在高峰与非高峰的市场占有率变化规律,即乘客流动规律。结果表明,网约车分时段动态计价使传统出租车高峰与非高峰分担率变化悬殊,使其资源配置问题加剧。最后,在此基础上对网约车进行适当调价后的分担率情况进行分析,以期为后续研究出租车经营模式结构优化、实现出租车行业健康持续发展提供基础依据。 First of all,the taxi market is divided into traditional taxis(including online booking taxis and cruises)and online taxi hailing(special cars and express trains).Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of taxi mode selection,the passenger flow changes of different taxi operation modes(online taxi,cruise car,special car and express train)caused by the dynamic valuation change of taxi hailing are modeled by Agent,and the changing law of market share of different taxi operation modes in peak and non-peak,that is,passenger flow law,is explored based on the actual data of Xi’an City.The results show that the dynamic pricing of online car hailing makes the difference between the peak and non-peak sharing rates of traditional taxis,and aggravates the problem of resource allocation.Finally,on this basis,the sharing rate of taxi hailing after proper fare adjustment is analyzed in order to provide the basic basis for the further study of the optimization of taxi management mode structure and the realization of healthy and sustainable development of taxi industry.
