基于磁性纳米粒子功能化石墨烯-碳纳米管三维复合材料的合成及应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用合成的Fe3O4纳米粒子修饰功能化石墨烯和碳纳米管得到一种吸附性能较好的三维多孔结构磁性纳米复合材料,将该磁性纳米复合材料应用到蔬菜及水果中有机磷农药残留检测的样品前处理过程。通过气相色谱法测定蔬菜及水果中22种有机磷农药的含量,并探讨磁性纳米复合材料在有机磷农药残留检测过程中净化时间,吸附剂用量及pH值的影响。试验结果表明,该磁性纳米复合材料具有净化效果好、能够消除基质干扰、操作简单、有机试剂用量小等优势,在研究不同浓度甲基异柳磷在该磁性纳米复合材料中的净化效果时,得到的关系曲线线性良好,最低检出限为0.0065μg/mL。最佳吸附时间为1.5 min,吸附剂最大用量为10 mg,稳定性好。净化后的样液颜色清澈,对仪器损耗小,基质干扰小。 The functionalized graphene and carbon nanotubes were modified by synthetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles to obtain a three-dimensional porous structure magnetic nanocomposite with good adsorption performance.The magnetic nanocomposites were applied to the sample pretreatment process of organophosphorus pesticide residue detection in vegetables and fruits.The content of 22 organophosphorus pesticides was determined by gas chromatography in vegetables and fruits.The effects of the purification time,the amount of purifying agent and the pH value on the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in magnetic nanocomposites were discussed.The experimental results showed that the magnetic properties nanocomposites had the advantages of good purification effect,elimination of matrix interference,simple operation,and small amount of organic reagents.When the purification effect of different concentrations of methylisophosphorus in the magnetic nano-composites was studied,the linear relationship curve was good.The minimum detection limit was 0.0065μg/mL.The optimum adsorption time was 1.5 min,the maximum dosage of adsorbent was 10 mg,and the stability was good.The purified sample solution had clear color,less loss to the instrument and less interference to the matrix.
