摘要
本文基于对广州市荔湾区"一窗式""互联网+政务服务"的实证调研,全面分析了荔湾区"一窗式"政务服务模式的创新实践,揭示其实践的理论基础、具体措施以及创新思维等。通过总结经验,为其他政府部门全面推进"互联网+政务服务"提供借鉴意义和参考价值。
Based on the Empirical study on the practice which is the form of“one window”of“internet plus government service”in the Liwan district of Guangzhou,the paper comprehensively analyzes the typical case,such as the theoretical basis of the practice,concrete measures and innovative thinking in the practice.By summarizing the experience,the paper has the active meaning and great value for reference in promoting the“internet plus government service”for other government sectors.
