新时代高校图书馆员职业能力提升研究

Research on the improvement of the professional ability of university librarians in the new era

新时代背景下,高校图书馆面临新的挑战,馆员作为服务师生读者的主体,其职业能力被提出新的要求,不但要有较高的专业能力,还要有一定的科研能力。然而目前高校图书馆员的职业能力还存在职业意识不强、专业知识不扎实及职业技能脱节等问题。高校图书馆要顺应新时代发展,就需要在馆员的职业意识、职业精神、职业技能等能力上做出提升,创新馆员的培训模式,完善馆员的激励机制,培养馆员的科研能力。文章针对新时代高校图书馆员职业的能力进行了分析。

Under the background of the new era, the university library is facing new challenges. As the main body of serving teachers and students, librarians’ professional ability has been put forward new requirements, which requires not only higher professional ability, but also certain scientific research ability. However, there are still some problems in the professional ability of university librarians, such as weak professional consciousness,unsound professional knowledge and disjointed professional skills. To adapt to the development of the new era, university libraries need to improve the professional awareness, spirit and skills of librarians, innovate the training mode of librarians, improve the incentive mechanism of librarians, and cultivate the scientific research ability of librarians. This paper will analyze the professional ability of university librarians in the new era.
