主体间性视角下审计职业教育师生关系构建

摘要 师生关系是审计职业教育发展的关键环节,师生关系是否和谐,直接或间接影响着教育质量和培训效果。当前,审计职业教育师生关系并未达到理想状态,师生关系冷淡、学员和教师定位不明确、师生关系异化为服务关系、上下级关系。主体间性理论为优化审计职业教育师生关系提供了新的视角,文章旨在构建尊重与平等、合作与包容、创新与发展的师生关系,构建主体间师生关系需要通过学院创建时空机制;教师树立相关系理念,改进教学方法;学员提高相关认识,实现角色转变等方面得以实现。 The relationship between teachers and students is the key link in the development of auditing vocationaleducation, whether the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious, directly or indirectly affects thequality of education and the effect of training. At present, the relationship between teachers and students in auditvocational education has not reached the ideal state: the relationship between teachers and students is cold, theorientation of students and teachers is not clear, the relationship between teachers and students is alienated into servicerelationship, and the relationship between superior and subordinate. The theory of intersubjectivity provides a newperspective for optimizing the relationship between teachers and students of auditing vocational education, aiming atconstructing the relationship between teachers and students of respect and equality, cooperation and tolerance,innovation and development, and constructing the relationship between subjects and teachers needs to create a space-time mechanism through the college;to achieve role change and so on.
