超级电容器的电性能及其在智能仪表上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 超级电容器作为一种新型储能元件,目前应用越来越广泛,但在很多细分市场还处于培育 阶段,相关行业标准也不尽完善。用超级电容器的等效电路模型引出了电性能的特征参数,对比分析 了超级电容器主要标准中电性能特征参数测试方法的差异,并介绍了超级电容器在智能仪表中的应用 。文章的分析结果对全面认识超级电容器的电性能,以及在实际工作中正确应用超级电容器,都有一 定的参考价值。 As a new type of energy storage element,supercapacitor is more and more widely used. However,they are still in the cultivation stage in many market segments,and the relevant industry standards are not perfect. In this paper,the characteristic parameters of electrical performance are derived by using the equivalent circuit model of supercapacitors,the difference of the testing methods of the characteristic parameters of electrical energy in the main standards is analyzed,and the application of supercapacitor in the smart meter is introduced. It has some reference value for the comprehensive understanding of the electrical properties of supercapacitors and the correct application of supercapacitors in practical work.
