摘要
智能完井的流量控制装置AICD具有智能防水、控水和增油等诸多优点,是未来水平井控水技术发展的主要方向。本文综合介绍了国内外目前主要应用的五种AICD种类及其工作原理,包括:夹片式、远程控制式、圆盘式、膨胀式和流道式,并总结了相应的优缺点。AICD技术在我国具有广阔的应用前景和发展空间,研究表明:结合机理模型和数值模拟预测以及地面试验的方式能有效进行AICD优化设计和性能评估,为AICD的技术的井下现场应用提供重要的参考。
The intelligent completion flow control device AICD has many advantages such as intelligent waterproofing,water control and oil increase,and is the main direction for the development of horizontal well water control technology in the future.This paper comprehensively introduces the five kinds of AICD types and their working principles,including:clip type,remote control type,disc type,expansion type and flow path type,which are mainly used at home and abroad,and summarizes the corresponding advantages and disadvantages.AICD technology has broad application prospects and development space in China.The research shows that the combination of mechanism model and numerical simulation prediction and ground test method can effectively carry out AICD optimization design and performance evaluation,which provides an important reference for the underground application of AICD technology.
