小切口白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Small Incision Cataract Extraction for Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract

目的对急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者使用小切口白内障摘除手术治疗的治疗效果进行观察分析。方法对76例2016年1月—2018年1月两年之间在该院眼科进行治疗的急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例,其中观察组使用小切口白内障摘除术治疗,对照组使用传统的抗青光眼手术治疗,观察并对比两组的治疗效果。结果手术后两组患者的眼压都有所下降,前房深度都有所增加,而且观察组的术后眼压(11.85±1.14)mmHg明显低于对照组(17.32±1.43)mmHg(t=18.438,P=0.000<0.05),前房深度(3.87±0.34)mm明显高于对照组(2.68±0.32)mm(t=15.711,P=0.000<0.05);观察组的手术之后的视力矫正情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障使用小切口白内障摘除手术进行治疗的临床治疗效果比较显著,手术的安全性相对较高,并且手术后的并发症发生率较低,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of small incision cataract extraction in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods Seventy-six patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma who were treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases each.The observation group was treated with small incision cataract extraction,and the control group was treated with conventional anti-glaucoma surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After operation,the intraocular pressure of both groups decreased,and the anterior chamber depth increased.The postoperative intraocular pressure(11.85±1.14)mmHg in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.32±1.43)mmHg(t=18.438,P=0.000<0.05),the anterior chamber depth(3.87±0.34)mm was significantly higher than the control group(2.68±0.32)mm(t=15.711,P=0.000<0.05).The visual acuity correction after the operation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract with small incision cataract extraction is more effective.The safety of the operation is relatively high,and the postoperative complication rate is low.It is worthy of clinical use.
