抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗重症肺炎的应用及症状转归分析

Application of Antibiotic Descending Step Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia and Analysis of Symptom Outcomes

目的探究抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗重症肺炎的应用效果。方法从2016年8月—2018年6月来该院确诊为重症肺炎的患者中随机选择87例作为研究对象,将其分成实验组(47例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者采取常规抗生素药物治疗,实验组患者采取抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗,分析比较两组在治疗一段时间之后的临床治疗疗效。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为91.48%,显著高出对照组的70.00%治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.648,P<0.05)。实验组患者的静脉应用抗生素时间、病死率、ICU住院时间、MV时间、感染控制时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.040、4.050、4.345、4.560、4.070,P<0.05)。结论抗生素降阶梯疗法治疗重症肺炎的效果显著,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of antibiotic descending therapy in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods From August 2016 to June 2018,87 patients who were diagnosed with severe pneumonia in the hospital were randomLy selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group(47 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional antibiotics,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with antibiotics step-down therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment for a period of time was analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.48%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 70.00%in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.648,P<0.05).The time of intravenous antibiotics,mortality,ICU stay,MV time,and infection control time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group.The values of,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.040,4.050,4.345,4.560,4.070,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of antibiotic descending therapy on severe pneumonia is significant and worthy of clinical use.
