肺癌早期诊断及疗效评估中CT新技术的应用

摘要 目的分析肺癌早期诊断及疗效评估中CT新技术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2019年1月在该院实施肺癌早期诊治的58例患者资料,根据其影像学检查的方式纳入X线组与CT组(n=29)。在分别实施X线与CT检查的基础上,对患者影像学检查的结果与临床治疗效果予以比较。结果X线组检出率为80.77%,CT组检出率为96.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.510,P<0.05)。X线组各征象检出率显著低于CT组,X线组诊断显示29例患者中,非钙化结节共32个,其中非实性结节11例,部分实性结节13例,实性结节8例。CT组诊断显示29例患者中,非钙化结节共38个,其中非实性结节14例,部分实性结节16例,实性结节8例。X线组患者症状控制率为79.31%,CT组患者的症状控制率为96.55%,数据之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.070,P<0.05)。结论CT新技术能够有效检出肺癌患者,早期诊断的准确率相对较高,且可以通过CT新技术对肺癌早期患者的临床治疗效果予以判断,临床诊断与治疗的辅助价值较高。 Objective To analyze the application value of new CT technique in early diagnosis and evaluation of lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 58 patients who underwent early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 was included in the X-ray and CT groups(n=29)according to their imaging examination.On the basis of X-ray and CT examination,the results of patient imaging examination were compared with the clinical treatment effect.Results The detection rate of X-ray group was 80.77%,and the detection rate of CT group was 96.15%.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.510,P<0.05).The detection rate of the signs in the X-ray group was significantly lower than that in the CT group.The X-ray group showed that there were 32 noncalcified nodules in 29 patients,including 11 non-solid nodules and 13 solid nodules;8 cases of sexual nodules.The CT group showed that there were 38 non-calcified nodules in 29 patients,including 14 non-solid nodules;16 solid nodules,and 8 solid nodules.The symptom control rate was 79.31%in the X-ray group and 96.55%in the CT group.The difference between the data was statistically significant(χ2=6.070,P<0.05).Conclusion The new CT technique can effectively detect lung cancer patients.The accuracy of early diagnosis is relatively high,and the clinical treatment effect of early lung cancer patients can be judged by new CT technique.The auxiliary value of clinical diagnosis and treatment is higher.
