采用CT诊断术前结肠癌和术后结肠癌复发的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of CT Diagnosis of Preoperative Colon Cancer and Postoperative Colon Cancer Recurrence

目的分析CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月来该院诊治的100例结肠癌患者为研究对象,对其临床资料行回顾性分析,所有患者均经手术病理切片检查确诊,术前与术后均接受CT检查,将CT检查结果对照病理结果,分析术前CT诊断符合率、术后复发CT诊断符合率。结果术前经CT诊断之后,共有90例患者获得确诊,诊断符合率为90.00%,Ⅰ期诊断符合率为85.71%,Ⅱ期为88.00%,Ⅲ期为100.00%,Ⅳ期为100.00%;术后病理诊断结果显示,共有15例患者复发,复发率为15.00%,经CT共检出13例,诊断符合率为86.67%,Ⅰ期诊断符合率为66.67%,Ⅱ期为87.50%,Ⅲ期为100.00%,Ⅳ期为100.00%。结论CT诊断术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发的应用价值显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the value of CT diagnosis of preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer recurrence.Methods 100 patients with colon cancer who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were diagnosed by surgical pathology.Preoperative and postoperative were performed.CT examination was performed,and the results of CT examination were compared with pathological results.The coincidence rate of preoperative CT diagnosis and the coincidence rate of postoperative recurrence CT diagnosis were analyzed.Results A total of 90 patients were diagnosed after CT diagnosis.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 90.00%,the coincidence rate of stage I diagnosis was 85.71%,the stage II was 88.00%,the stage III was 100.00%,and the stage IV was 100.00%.The results of pathological diagnosis showed that there were 15 patients with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 15.00%,and 13 cases were detected by CT.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 86.67%.The coincidence rate of stage I diagnosis was 66.67%,and that of stage II was 87.50%;the stage III 100.00%and the IV period was 100.00%.Conclusion The value of CT in the diagnosis of preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer recurrence is significant and can be promoted.
