舒适护理对吞咽障碍鼻饲患者负性情绪和应激反应的影响

Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Negative Emotion and Stress Response in Patients with Swallowing Nasal Feeding

目的探讨采用舒适护理方案对吞咽障碍鼻饲患者改善其负性情绪缓解其应激反应的临床效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的吞咽障碍鼻饲患者50例,按照随机原则将其分为采用常规护理方案对照组(n=25)与采用舒适护理方案实验组(n=25),对比护理后两组患者的负性情绪(SAS评分与SDS评分)与应激反应(血压与心率)。结果护理后实验组SAS评分与SDS评分为(40.38±4.41)分与(49.71±9.15)分,低于对照组(48.76±3.76)分与(57.36±4.50)分,(t=7.084、6.112,P<0.05)。实验组收缩压、舒张压、心率分为别(120.41±6.12)mmHg、(78.38±5.15)mmHg、(72.78±6.84)次/min,低于对照组(132.50±6.17)mmHg、(86.46±5.67)mmHg、(85.72±6.19)次/min,(t=6.815、5.168、6.872,P<0.05)。结论舒适护理方案能够有效减轻吞咽障碍患者的负性情绪,可维持其体征稳定,改善其应激反应,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using comfortable nursing program to improve the negative reaction of patients with dysphagia in nasal feeding.Methods A total of 50 patients with nasopharynx nasal feeding were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the random principle,they were divided into the control group(n=25)and the comfortable nursing program(n=25),comparing the negative emotions(SAS score and SDS score)and stress response(blood pressure and heart rate)of the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were(40.38±4.41)points and(49.71±4.15)points,which were lower than those of the control group(48.76±3.76)points and(57.36±4.50)points,(t=7.0846.112,P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were divided into(120.41±6.12)mmHg,(78.38±5.15)mmHg,(72.78±6.84)times/min,which was lower than the control group(132.50±6.17)mmHg,(86.46±5.67)mmHg,(85.72±6.19)times/min,(t=6.815,5.168,6.872,P<0.05).Conclusion The comfortable nursing program can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with dysphagia,maintain the stability of their signs and improve their stress response,which is worth promoting.
