全媒体时代网络素养培育的交互式生态模型构建——基于杭州市青年群体的抽样调查分析

Construction of Interactive Ecological Model for Network Literacy Cultivation in the All-media Age——Based on the Sampling Investigation and Analysis of Youth Groups in Hangzhou

网络素养已经成为现代人综合素质评价中不可或缺的部分。随着全媒体时代的到来,媒体融合及新的媒体发展形势的改变对网络素养提出了更高的要求。在对网络素养的概念进行解析的基础上,对杭州市青年网络素养现状调查进行了分析,并基于调查结果提出交互式网络素养培育的生态系统模型,以期有效帮助青年人提高信息判断解读能力、网络交流和交际能力,使他们成为健康网络文化的塑造者。

Since the birth of the Internet,human beings have network literacy.The network literacy of a person is reflected in the process of contacting network equipment,identifying net work information and using network resources.Network literacy has become an indispensable part of peoples comprehensive evaluation.With the advent of the all-media era,the media convergence and the change of the new media development situation also put forw ard higher requirements for net work literacy.This paper introduced the concept of network literacy,analyzed the survey on the current situation of network literacy among youth groups in Hangzhou,and proposed an ecological model for interactive network literacy cultivation based on the survey result which can help young people improve their information judgment and interpretation ability,as well as the network communication skill effectively.In this way,they can become the shapers of healthy network culture.
