独立学院内涵式发展的困境及其消解——基于山东省11所独立学院的本科教学质量报告

摘要 内涵式发展是独立学院应对高等教育新常态发展要求、“双一流”建设以及“专业+学校”招生、学分制改革等一系列形势与挑战的必由之路。内涵建设积淀不足、方向不明、优势不突出是制约当前独立学院内涵式发展的突出问题。为此,要加强独立学院文化建设,强化文化引领,增强内涵积淀;开展院校研究,挖掘发展内涵,差异定位,笃定发展方向;统筹优化,加强应用型人才培养,突出内涵建设优势;回归市场,回归区域,差异立校,特色立校,实现独立学院的内涵式发展。 Connotative development is the inevitable course for the independent colleges to meet the requirements of the new normal of higher education, "double first-class" construction, "specialty + school" enrollment, credit system reform and a series of situations and challenges. However, The connotative development accumulation is insufficient, the direction is unclear and the prominent advantages is lack.There are prominent problems restricting the connotative development of independent colleges. Therefore, it’s necessary to strengthen the construction of independent college culture, strengthen the cultural guidance and enhance the connotation accumulation, carry out institutional research, explore the confutation development, position differences and determine the direction of development. Overall planning and optimization, strengthening the application talents cultivation, highlighting the advantages of connotation construction and returning to the market and the region and setting up colleges with different the characteristics are needed for the realization of the connotative development of independent colleges.
