Development of Auxiliary Quotation Tool of Gas Pipeline Project for Small Commercial Users

通过对小型商业用户燃气管道工程现状报价流程进行梳理,确定流程优化方向,在Excel软件上基于VBA技术开发了小型商业用户燃气管道工程报价辅助工具。针对实际案例,对现状流程下编制及利用报价辅助工具生成的参考报价进行对比,在时间耗费方面凸显了报价辅助工具的优越性。

By combing the current quotation process of gas pipeline projects for small commercial users, the process optimization direction is determined. Based on VBA technology,an auxiliary quotation tool for gas pipeline projects for small commercial users is developed on Excel software. In view of actual cases,the reference quotation compiled under the current process and generated by the auxiliary quotation tool is compared,and the superiority of the auxiliary quotation tool is highlighted in the aspect of time consumption.
