摘要
采用煤矿井下磁分离净化水处理技术实现悬浮物与水的分离,达到矿井水净化的目的。结果表明:井下磁分离净化水处理系统与地面水处理系统相比,工程实施后平均节电0.043kWh/(t·hm),节能率9.39%~10.26%。应用井下矿井水超磁分离净化工艺,降低矿井主排水系统工序能耗和处理费用,实现矿井水达标排放,水资源综合利用等目的。
The magnetic separation and purification water treatment technology in underground coal mine is adopted to realize the separation of suspended solids and water,and to achieve the effect of mine water purification.The results show that compared with the surface water treatment system,the average energy saving is 0.043k Wh/(t·hm)and the energy saving rate is 9.39%~10.26%.Supermagnetic separation and purification technology of underground mine water is applied to reduce the energy consumption and treatment cost of the main drainage system in the mine,so as to realize the discharge of mine water up to the standard and comprehensive utilization of water resources.
