对于所有职业教育院校而言,学生就业问题成为当前教育行业关注的主要问题,在职业大学教育中,为了能够使职业教育满足时代发展需求,使各个专业的学生满足社会就业人才需求,以就业导向为基础进行职业大学实训的教学改革十分有必要。本文从职业大学实训教学改革的意义与目标出发,就基于就业为导向的职业大学实训教学改革策略进行探究。

For all vocational education colleges,the employment of students has become the main concern of the current education industry.In vocational college education,in order to enable vocational education to meet the needs of the development of the times and enable students of various specialties to meet the needs of social employment talents,it is necessary to carry out the teaching reform of vocational college training based on employment orientation.Starting from the significance and goal of practical teaching reform in vocational colleges,this paper explores the strategies of practical teaching reform in vocational colleges based on employment orientation.
