摘要
采用显示非动力分析软件Autodyn-3D对不同壳体材料和芯体材料弹丸进行了侵彻靶板数值模拟,获得了不同弹体对靶板的毁伤效应。结果表明,壳体、芯体的材料密度越大,壳体在靶后的径向飞散速度越小,横向效应越不明显,对靶板的损伤区域越小,但侵彻能力越强,轴向剩余速度越大。研究了不同壳体和芯体材料情况下,弹丸着靶速度、内外径比对终点效应的敏感度变化规律,得出不同材料对速度、内外径比响应规律的相同点和不同点。
Autodyn-3D software was used to simulate the penetration of PELE with different jacket materials,filling materials against target plate.The results indicate that,with the rise of the density of jacket,filling material,lateral velocity of jacket behind targets decreases.The lateral effect is less obvious and damage area of target is smaller.Besides,the sensitivity analysis of terminal effect affected by impact velocity and the inner and outer diameter ratio of projectile on different jacket in speed and diameter ratio is further investigated.
