摘要
考虑到装备存在使用效能下限和维修能够恢复装备效能,提出了装备效能衰减模型。基于控计划和经费的"双控"维修模式,考虑装备都是成体系运用的现实情况,以一个年度内装备体系效能最大化为目标,提出实际维修过程中所要考虑的诸多约束条件,运用粒子群算法进行模型的优化求解。最后结合具体示例分析证明了模型和算法的有效性,得到了满足各项约束条件的最优方案,为装备维修计划的制定提供了理论依据。
Considering the equipment’s lower performance limit and maintenance can restore equipment efficiency,an equipment performance attenuation model was proposed.Based on the“double control”maintenance mode of controlling plan and funding,considering the fact that equipment is a system-based operation,and aiming at maximizing the efficiency of the equipment system in an annual year,it put forward many constraints to be considered in the actual maintenance process.The group algorithm performed the solution of the model.Finally,the validity of the model and algorithm was proved by the specific example analysis.The optimal scheme to meet the constraints was obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of the equipment maintenance plan.
