摘要
分析了惯导系统中线加速度计的脉冲输出特性,研究了一种基于惯导系统的线加速度计单表脉冲动态测试方法,并进行了悬丝摆式线加速度计定频正弦振动试验和两种摆式线加速度计随机振动性能比较试验;建立了基于脉冲参数的线加速度计误差补偿模型,将该脉冲动态测试方法应用到惯性测量单元的标定中,对线加速度计通道进行单独标定,形成了一种快速标定方法,试验结果表明该方法的标定精度与原有方法相当,有利于低成本惯性测量单元的大批量生产。
A single-sensor pulse dynamic test method for linear accelerometer based on inertial navigation system was researched by analyzing the pulse output characteristics of linear accelerometer in inertial navigation system.The sine vibration test for pendulous accelerometer and the random vibration performance comparison test between two kinds of pendulous accelerometers were made.An error compensation model of linear accelerometer based on pulse parameter was established and the pulse test method was applied to a fast calibration method with the independent calibration of accelerometer channel in inertial measurement unit.This new calibration method is good for the mass production of low-cost inertial measurement units and the result shows that it has the equivalent calibration level to the old method.
