摘要 研究试验场强化路面高程信息,在多体动力学仿真软件平台MSC-Adams建立了石块路和波形路模型,应用建立的多体动力学模型,仿真模拟实验工况,获取车身悬置处载荷谱信息。建立车辆有限元模型,基于Miner疲劳损伤理论,应用静态分析法,对车辆初始设计方案进行疲劳性能评估。以获取的强化路面高频激励下车身悬置处的载荷谱信息,结合有限元模型进行疲劳寿命分析,发现车身中通道左侧三板焊接处寿命不满足要求,对该位置进行优化改进设计。 The strengthen pavement elevation information of experimental field was studied,and the stone Road and waveform Road model were established by MSC-Adams of the multi-body dynamic simulation software platform.The multi-body dynamic model was used to simulate the experimental conditions and obtain the load spectrum information of the body suspension.The finite element model of vehicle was established,and based on miner fatigue damage theory and static analysis method,we evaluated the fatigue performance of vehicle initial design scheme.To obtain the load spectrum information of the body suspension under the high frequency excitation of the reinforced pavement,we analyzed the fatigue life with the finite element model.It is concluded that the life of the three-board welding at the left side of the channel is not satisfied,and optimization and improvement design of the position were found.
