突发公共卫生事件应急能力的提升离不开应急医疗队体系的建设

Improvement of emergency response capacity for public health emergencies cannot be separated from construction of emergency medical team system

全球范围突发公共卫生事件频发,如何应对突发公共卫生事件成为国内外关注的焦点。普通的医疗机构缺乏针对突发灾难的紧急预案和救治方案,也缺少对人员进行专业的应急救援训练,因此组建专业的应急医疗队,对应急医疗队的建设进行总结和研究,对提高突发公共卫生事件的应急能力具有重要意义。本文对国内外应急医疗队的建设情况进行综述,提出应急医疗队处理突发公共卫生事件的措施。

Public health emergencies have occurred frequently all over the world,and how to deal with them has become the focus of attention at home and abroad.Ordinary medical institutions lack emergency plans and treatment plans for sudden disasters,as well as professional emergency rescue training for personnel.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish professional emergency medical teams(EMT),and to summarize and study the construction of emergency medical treatment for improving the emergency capacity of public health emergencies.This paper summarizes the construction of emergency medical teams at home and abroad,and puts forward the measures for emergency medical teams to deal with public health emergencies.
