Research on Classified Education of Student Party Members in Medical Colleges

长期以来高校学生党员接受集中教育和统一管理,教育和培养模式过于刻板僵化,医学院校学生党员的学业要求和成长过程有着更多的特殊性。借鉴"分层教学"的教育教学理念,对其特点和所处不同阶段进行分类,建立相应的培养和考察机制,保证党员发展和培养的质量,可更好地服务于医学人才培养并且有益于医学事业发展。

Student Party members in colleges have received centralized education and unified management for a long time,which is too rigid.The academic requirements and growth process of student Party members in medical colleges embody more specialties.By using the concept of"Stratified teaching",their characteristics and different stages are classified and corresponding training and investigation mechanisms are formulated to ensure the quality of Party members’development and training,so as to better serve the training of medical talents and the development of medical undertakings.
