70 Years of PRC’s Ports Opening and Development

口岸是一个国家(地区)对外开放的门户、经贸往来的桥梁、互联互通的平台和形象展示的窗口,自诞生之日起就始终处于对外开放最前沿。口岸开放促进了国内国外加快合作交流,口岸发展带动了区域经济社会竞相繁荣。新中国成立70年尤其是改革开放40年来,口岸对外开放与发展取得了辉煌成就。本文重点分析了我国口岸开放与发展的基本实践历程、主要辉煌成就及其宝贵的历史经验,这对新时代深化口岸开放与发展工作,更好地促进口岸开放发展服务国家大局、推动高水平开放、实现高质量发展具有重要意义。

Ports,which has always been at the forefront of opening up to the outside world since its birth,is the gateway of opening up of a country or region,the bridge of the economic and trade exchanges,the platform for connectivity and the window for the image display of the country or region. Ports opening has accelerated domestic and foreign communication and cooperation,and promoted the prosperity of regional economy and social development. Since the founding of New China 70 years ago,especially the reform and opening up 40 years ago,ports opening has gained significant achievements. This article focuses on the basic practice,the main achievements and the valuable historical experience of China’s ports opening and development,aiming to provide suggestion and inspiration for ports opening in the new era,to promote the opening up of ports to serve the overall situation of national development,and to achieve high levels of openess and high-quality development.
