摘要
本文通过分析中俄两国2019-2020年在政治、经济、军事战略及全球和地区问题上的战略协作伙伴关系发展前景,认为应进一步提升中俄合作质量。中俄是世界发展的稳定剂和推动全球秩序变革的主要力量,能使国际秩序变得更为稳定和有效。两国是欧亚大陆一体化进程中的天然盟友,其双边关系及战略稳定对中国"一带一路"倡议与俄罗斯"欧亚经济联盟"计划的对接以及未来大欧亚伙伴关系的形成具有决定性影响。
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current questions of strategic partnership between Moscow and China in 2019-2020. The author evaluates different spheres of cooperation between two countries: in politics and in economics;in strategic military sphere and in the field of global and regional issues. A special attention is given to the recommendations to increase the quality of Russian-Chinese cooperation. It also provides the characteristics of multilateral initiatives in Eurasia. Based on the analysis of the Russian-Chinese strategic partnership the author comes to the conclusion that Russian and China are an important factors of the world development and are the key elements of the new global structure;both countries make it possible for the international order to be more stable and efficient.
