摘要
在民用飞机维修领域,特殊事件任务的制定一直是民用飞机维修手册开发的重点。基于型号经验和S3000L损伤与特殊事件分析(DESA),通过详细分析DESA以及技术裁剪与补充,提出"影响级别"概念,完整建立国产民用飞机研制体系中特殊事件分析的理论与方法,并进行案例分析。结果表明:该理论和分析方法合理、可靠,为国内民机主制造商开展民用飞机维修手册05章的编制工作提供了参考。
In the field of civil aircraft maintenance,the formulation of special event tasks is always the focus of civil aircraft maintenance manual(AMM)development.Based on design experience and damage and special event analysis(DESA)of S3000 L,the concept of effect rating is given through the detailed analysis and technical tailoring and supplement.The special events analysis theories and method are set up for domestic civil aircraft,and performed with case analysis.The results show that the theory and analysis method are reasonable and reliable,and can provide some references for compiling the Chapter 05 of AMM of domestic civil main aircraft manufacturer.
