深部煤巷条带预掘底板岩巷卸压抽采防突技术研究 被引量:8

Research on Extraction Technology of Pressure Relief and Outburst Prevention of Pre-drilling Floor Rock Lane in Deep Coal Lane Strip

摘要 为了防止深部煤巷地应力主导型煤与瓦斯突出,分析了应力、瓦斯对煤岩体力学性质的影响规律,以及深部动力灾害发生机制,研究了深部煤巷掘进煤与瓦斯突出的力学特点及深部巷道围岩分区破裂的非单峰应力分布及演化过程,给出了深部巷道破裂区内、外边界及卸压影响范围的表达式,提出利用预掘卸压底板岩巷对上覆煤岩体进行卸压、穿层钻孔抽排煤巷条带瓦斯的区域防突方法,运用数值模拟方法确定卸压底板岩巷的合理空间位置,并进行了成功应用。实践表明:将卸压底板岩巷布置在煤巷正下方底板8~12 m位置,上覆煤岩层卸压效果显著,煤巷条带区域卸压抽采防突效果明显,实现了煤巷安全快速掘进。 In order to prevent geostress dominated coal and gas outburst in deep coal roadway,the effects of stress and gas on the mechanical properties of coal and rock mass,as well as the mechanism of deep dynamic disasters were analyzed.The mechanical characteristics of coal and gas outburst in deep coal roadway driving and the non-unipeak stress distribution and evolution process of surrounding rock partition fracture in deep roadway were studied.The expressions of deep roadway rupture zone,outer boundary and pressure relief influence range were given.It proposed outburst prevention method,which can release pressure of the overlying coal rock mass and can drainage the gas of the coal roadway through the layered borehole.The reasonable spatial position of the unloading rock roadway was determined by numerical simulation and successfully applied.The application shows that the reasonable location of the pressure relief floor is from 8 m to 12 m below the bottom floor of the coal roadway,the pressure relief effect of overlying coal strata is remarkable,and the pressure relief and outburst prevention effect is obvious in coal lane strip,which realizes the safe and rapid drilling of coal roadway.
