摘要
碳纤维复合材料具有高强度、低密度、高耐腐蚀性能等优点,其综合性能要比单一材料更具优势,能适应各种不同场合和环境的需求,因此被广泛应用于各种领域.碳纤维复合材料的加工过程中可能出现夹杂缺陷,缺陷的存在会严重影响材料的性能,甚至存在安全隐患.为了准确地检测碳纤维复合材料的夹杂缺陷,提出了一种基于超声相控阵的夹杂缺陷检测方法.通过超声相控阵探伤仪扫描碳纤维复合材料,提取其中的A扫描图像和C扫描图像,分析缺陷大小及位置.实验结果表明,该方法可以有效进行夹杂缺陷的识别.
Carbon fiber composite materials have the advantages of high strength,low density and high corrosion resistance.The comprehensive performance of carbon fiber composite materials is superior to that of a single material.They can be adapted to different occasions and environmental requirements,thus widely used in various fields.Inclusion defects which may occur during the processing of carbon fiber composites will seriously affect the properties of the materials,and even cause potential safety hazards.In order to detect the inclusion defects accurately,a detecting method was proposed using ultrasonic phased array in this paper.Carbon fiber composites were scanned by a phased array ultrasonic flaw detector,and the A scan image and C scan image were extracted.The size and location of defects were analyzed by combining the A scan image and C scan image.The experimental results show that the method can effectively identify inclusion defects.
