摘要
以福建省5所高校为研究对象,结合学术界的研究成果和福建省高等院校的实际情况,建立包含15个因子的绩效评价指标体系.运用因子分析法提取出团队意识、创新能力、个人品德、岗位职责、服务意识和工作能力6个公因子.实证分析结果表明,6个公因子中,服务意识所占权重最大,权重值为0.311;其次为工作能力,权重值为0.218;岗位职责所占权重值为0.189;创新能力所占权重值为0.103;个人品德所占权重值为0.101;团队意识所占权重值为0.078.这说明服务意识、工作能力和岗位职责对福建省高校行政管理人员绩效评价结果影响最大.
This paper takes five universities in Fujian Province as the research object,combines the research results of academic circles and the actual situation of Fujian universities,and establishes a performance evaluation index system with 15 factors.The factor analysis method is used to extract six common factors:team consciousness,innovation ability,personal character,post responsibility,service consciousness and work ability.The empirical analysis results show that among the six common factors,service consciousness has the largest weight,with the weight value of 0.311;the second is work ability,with the weight value of 0.218;the weight value of post responsibility is 0.189;the weight value of innovation ability is 0.103.The weight of personal character is 0.101,and that of team consciousness is 0.078.This shows that service awareness,work ability and job responsibilities have the greatest impact on the performance evaluation results of university administrators in Fujian Province.
