摘要
在当下处处倡导节能减排,汽车的轻量化无疑是降低温室气体排放、节约能源的一项重要举措。着眼于可持续发展,节约资源、减少环境污染成为世界汽车工业界亟待解决的两大问题。减轻汽车自身的质量,一方面节约了原材料,降低了汽车的制造成本;另一方面也降低了燃油消耗,有利于环境质量的改善。随着结构优化技术的进步,利用CAE技术对零部件进行拓扑优化、尺寸优化、形状优化,以最大限度地减轻零部件的质量,是实现汽车零部件轻量化的一个重要研究方向。
At present,energy saving and emission reduction are advocated everywhere.The lightweight of automobile is undoubtedly an important measure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save energy.Focusing on sustainable development,saving resources and reducing environmental pollution have become two major problems to be solved in the world automobile industry.Reducing the quality of the automobile itself,on the one hand,saves raw materials and reduces the manufacturing cost of the automobile,on the other hand,it also reduces the fuel consumption,which is beneficial to the improvement of environmental quality.With the progress of structural optimization technology,using CAE technology to Topology optimization,Size Optimization,Shape Optimization of parts is an important research direction to realize the lightweight of automobile parts.
