光纤激光刻线机在量具制造行业的应用与发展方向

摘要 游标刻线是游标卡尺生产过程中最为关键的一道加工工序,关乎到游标卡尺精度、示值及外观是否符合相关标准要求。随着近年来工业智能化迅速发展需要及人们对环境保护、职业健康意识的增强,量具行业中游标卡尺游标刻线工艺也日新月异,从最初的对线条照相、腐蚀工艺逐步改进为光纤激光刻线机刻线工艺。本文针对光纤激光刻线机在游标卡尺游标刻线工艺上的应用及其在量具制造中刻线工艺方面的发展方向做浅析阐述。 Marking is the most critical processing procedure in vernier caliper production process,which is related to whether the vernier caliper accuracy,visual value and appearance meet the requirements of relevant standards.With the rapid development of industrial intelligence in recent years and the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection and occupational health,vernier caliper marking technology in measuring tool industry is also changing with each passing day,from the initial line photography and corrosion technology to the optical fiber laser marking technology. In this paper,the application and development direction of vernier caliper optical fiber laser marking machine in measuring tool manufacturing industry are briefly described.
