摘要
论述了工程造价超预算的原因,针对原因提出了提高预算编制质量、深化施工图纸设计的重要性;强化编制人员专业能力与职业素质、重视预算编制的审核、注重项目实施阶段预算执行力、控制工程造价的调整等具体的超预算控制方法,从而保障造价波动处于合理范围内,实现工程建设的经济目标。结合实际工作经验,分析了超预算的原因并切合实际地提出具有可操作性的控制超预算的方法。
This paper discusses the reasons for the over budget of the project cost, and puts forward specific over budget control methods for the reasons, such as improving the quality of budget preparation, deepening the design of construction drawings, strengthening the professional ability and professional quality of the staff, paying attention to the audit of budget preparation, paying attention to the budget execution at the project implementation stage, and controlling the adjustment of the project cost, so as to ensure that the cost fluctuation is reasonable within the scope, realize the economic objectives of the project construction. Combined with practical work experience, this paper analyzes the causes of over budget and puts forward practical methods to control over budget.
