浅析cnckad自动编程系统在激光切割中的实现过程 被引量:1

摘要 激光切割机有非常专业的计算机辅助编程配套软件,编制零件切割加工程序的工作一般在离线计算机上完成。有些简单的加工程序也可以直接在数控系统的编辑界面完成,但需花费较长时间,且无法进行复杂零件的编程排样。一般不提倡在数控系统上进行数控程序的编制,因为这将占用大量的机床使用时间,而且效率低下。cnckad来自以色列,是一套完整的从设计到生产的一体化钣金CAD/CAM自动编程软件,支持目前全球所有激光切割机床型号,被广泛应用于激光切割机辅助编程。本文重点介绍了cnckad软件自动编程原理、编程步骤,最后阐述了两种cnckad软件使用中常见问题的处理方法。 Laser cutting machine has a very professional computer-aided programming supporting software,the work of compiling parts cutting processing program is usually completed on off-line computer. Some simple processing programs can also be directly completed in the editing interface of CNC system,but it takes a long time and can not be programmed layout of complex parts. Generally,it is not advocated to compile NC program in NC system,because it will occupy a large amount of machine tool usage time,and the efficiency is low. Cnckad from Israel is a complete set of integrated sheet metal CAD/CAM automatic programming software from design to production,which supports the current models of laser cutting machine tools worldwide. It is widely used in assistant programming of laser cutting machine. This paper mainly introduces the principle and steps of automatic programming of cnckad software. At last,two methods of dealing with common problems in the use of cnckad software are expounded.
