舒琦瑾教授防治肿瘤治疗不良反应之药组拾萃

Analysis of Professor Shu Qijin’s Paired Herbs in Preventing and Treating Side Effects of Anti-tumor Treatment

手术、放化疗及分子靶向治疗等是目前主要的肿瘤治疗方式,这些治疗方式常伴发各种不良反应,如手足综合征、口腔溃疡、周围神经病变、骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎等。舒琦瑾教授对此类不良反应的治疗体会颇深,临床疗效显著。舒教授以为肿瘤疾病的病机总属正虚邪毒,不良反应的治疗当以扶正抗癌为基本大法,再根据各种不良反应之主病机,运用相应药组,分别佐以清热解毒、温阳活血、养阴退热、滋阴助阳、凉血疏风、清热化湿之品,力求药简功专,标本兼治。
