中药治疗三阴乳腺癌的研究进展

Advances of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Triple-negative Breast Cancer

三阴乳腺癌作为一种雌激素受体、孕激素受体及人类上皮细胞生长因子受体-2表达均为阴性的特殊乳腺癌,具有转移早、复发早、预后差等特点,临床上多采用外科手术、放疗和化疗等方式治疗。这些治疗方式存在着不良反应多及易产生耐药性等难题。越来越多的研究发现,中药及其活性成分对三阴乳腺癌的治疗效果良好;在术后或放化疗后防止复发方面,中药有着良好的辅助治疗作用,可提高患者存活率及生活质量。本文对2010年至2018年期间发表的相关文献进行综述,探讨中药在治疗三阴乳腺癌方面的研究,为临床应用作参考。

Triple-negative breast cancer is a special type of breast cancer with negative expression of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2.It has the characteristics of early metastasis,early recurrence,poor prognosis,etc.In clinical practice,surgical treatment,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy are often used to treat this cancer.These treatment methods have many disadvantages such as adverse reactions and drug resistance.A growing number of studies have discovered that traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients have a good therapeutic effect on triple-negative breast cancer;in preventing postoperative recurrence,Chinese medicine has a good role in adjuvant therapy,which can improve patient survival and quality of life.This article reviews the relevant literature published between 2010 and 2018 to explore the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer,and provides new ideas for clinical application.
