摘要
恩施地区是少数民族的主要聚集地,居住着土家族、苗族、侗族等20多个少数民族,该地区公共艺术极具少数民族艺术文化特色,它以图像与文本共存、仪式程序再现、环境与空间再造、物质与精神等方式对本地域本民族的文化进行了记录和传承。同时,随着时代的发展,其形式与功用逐步由神性向通俗、生活向展演、个人需求向公共精神、个体自觉向公众内省嬗变与转化。这种转化正是民众对自身文化的认同、自信和内省的结果,也是少数民族地区文化艺术生命力的表征和创新发展的主要路径。
Enshi region is a major gathering place of ethnic minorities,inhabited by more than 20 ethnic minorities,such as Tujia,Miao,and Dong,etc.Its public arts acquire distinctive artistic and cultural features of ethnic minority that record and inherit the local ethnic culture by means of a coexistence of image and text,the reproduction of ritual procedure,the reconstruction of environment and space,and the integration of the material and spiritual needs.Meanwhile,their forms and functions gradually change with the development of the times from the divinity to the secularity,from real-life scenarios to performances,from personal needs to public spirits,and from individual awareness to public introspection.This transformation results from people's identification,confidence and introspection of their own culture that is also the main path for the representations and innovations of cultural and artistic vitality in ethnic minority regions.
