摘要
袁雪芬是中国著名的越剧表演艺术家,越剧袁派创始人。研究袁雪芬戏曲生涯的选择与变革,目的不仅仅在于了解其所革新的越剧艺术,更在于探讨其改革背后所体现的社会变迁和个人选择。纵观袁雪芬的整个人生历程,可以根据她个人经历的历史轨迹和越剧改革的具体内容,聚焦其一生的三个关键时期;同时以艺术社会学视角为切入点,剖析20世纪一代名伶在动荡时代的生存境遇和艺术选择,进而探讨艺人身份认同对艺术生命的冲击和影响。将社会史料、越剧史料、人物史料相结合,聚焦袁雪芬这一典型个案,从历史层面分析造成人物行为选择的社会因素与个体动因。
YUAN Xuefen is a famous performing artist who founded Yuan School of Shaoxing Opera in China.The study of YUAN Xuefen’s choice and transformation in her career is not merely to learn the innovative Shaoxing Opera but rather explore the social changes and personal choice behind these transformations.YUAN Xuefen’s life experience can be divided into three key periods according to her personal development and the main reform contents of Shaoxing Opera.Meanwhile,this essay analyzes the living circumstances and artistic choices of a famous performer during the turbulent times in the 20th century from the perspective of sociology to explore the impact of artists’identities on their art life.By combining materials in social history,Shaoxing Opera history and historical data about celebrities,this essay takes YUAN Xuefen as a case study to explore the social factors and individual motivation that attributed to her behaviors in view of the history.
