The Intelligent Transformation Mechanism and Upgrading Path of China’s Manufacturing Industry in the New Era

在我国制造业智能化转型过程中,创新是第一动力。基于智能化转型内涵与各种创新类型特征,本文梳理了我国制造业智能化发展现状,从产业链的智能产品研发、智能生产制造、智能营销管理三个环节,分析了不同创新形式在各环节发挥作用的机理,并探讨智能化发展下各类创新活动推进制造业价值链投入与产出形式的升级过程,最后从协同创新驱动视角,提出新时代我国制造业应通过产业融合、集群发展、生产要素优化配置、产业链智能拓展等路径来实现产业升级。

The socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,started a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way.China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.The high-quality development includes not only the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,but also the transformation of economic development dynamics,that is,it requires accelerated transition from the factor-driven to the innovation-driven.With the continuous emergence of intelligent technology,the integration of the real economy and the information technology becomes closer,especially in the processes ofthe intelligent transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.The innovation is the first driving force.Based on the connotation of intelligent transformation and the characteristics of various types of innovation,this paper combs out the current situation of intelligent development of China’s manufacturing industry.The paper analyzes the mechanism from the three links of the industrial chain:intelligent product development,intelligent production and manufacturing and intelligent marketing management,discusses the process of upgrading which various types of innovation activities promote the manufacturing value chain input and output forms under the intellectualized development,and finally,from a collaborative innovation-driven perspective,puts forward that the manufacturing industry in China should realize the industrial upgrading through the path of industrial integration,cluster development,optimization of production factor stake,and intelligent expansion of industrial chain.
