抑郁症患者联用低剂量舒必利治疗的疗效分析

目的抑郁症患者联用低剂量舒必利治疗的疗效分析。方法选择在科室进行抑郁症治疗的72例病人进行研究,此次调查选取时间为2018年1月-2019年3月。将病人平均分为2组,每组36例。对照组采用常规抗抑郁治疗方式,试验组运用常规抗抑郁联合低剂量舒必利治疗方式。分析两组最终治疗结果。结果治疗前,两组病人HAMD得分并无差异,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;治疗1周后对照组与试验组HAMD得分差异并不明显,P> 0.05;治疗2周后,对照组HAMD得分和试验组相比较高;治疗4周后,对照组HAMD得分和试验组相比较高,两组差异明显,P=0.000 0。结论在抑郁症临床治疗中,可采取联合低剂量舒必利治疗方式,效果理想,值得临床广泛应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of low dose sulpiride in patients with depression. Methods 72 patients with depression in our department were selected for the study. The survey was conducted from January 2018 to March 2019. The patients were divided into two groups, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The experimental group was treated with low dose sulpiride. The final treatment results of the two groups were analyzed. Results Before the treatment, there was no difference in HAMD scores between the two groups, P > 0.05. After one week of treatment, there was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the control group and the experimental group, P > 0.05. After two weeks of treatment, HAMD scores in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group. After four weeks of treatment, HAMD scores in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group, P = 0.000 0. Conclusion In the treatment of depression, low-dose sulpiride can be used, the effect is ideal, and it is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
