摘要
阐述西安市生活垃圾处理现状及存在的问题,针对生活垃圾焚烧项目中突出的“邻避”问题,建议完善西安市生活垃圾处理生态补偿机制。
The present situation and existing problems of waste treatment in Xi’an City was expounded.Aiming at the outstanding NIMBY problem in waste incineration project,improving ecological compensation mechanism for waste treatment was put forward.
