企业家是一种稀缺社会资源,在经济高质量发展的新时代,弘扬优秀企业家精神,有利于我国深化供给侧结构性改革、激发市场活力、实现经济社会持续健康发展。从基本素质、必要能力、经济贡献、社会贡献4个维度论述企业家精神的内涵,并构建了企业家精神指标测评体系,探讨其实际运用。

Entrepreneurs, especially excellent entrepreneurs, are a scarce social resource, in the new era of high-quality economic development, promoting excellent entrepreneurship is conducive to deepening the structural reform of the supply side, stimulating market vitality, and achieving sustained and healthy economic and social development. From the four dimensions of basic quality, necessary ability, economic contribution and social contribution, this paper constructs the viewpoint of entrepreneurship, and then constructs the index evaluation system of entrepreneurship on the basis of expert consultation method, and discusses the practical application of the index system of entrepreneurship evaluation.
