The Remodeling of The Pharmaceutical Research and Development Team Base on the Knowledge Governance Framework

提高医药研发团队创新能力是医药研制创新的关键。研究发现,知识治理可以有效突破团队创新能力瓶颈。从医药研发团队知识治理出发,对医药研发需求、知识环境、团队环境进行特征分析,将团队知识治理流程解构为结构、过程、制度3个部分,根据团队知识治理建设环节的特点和适用情境进行重塑。

Improving the innovation ability of the pharmaceutical R&D team is the key principle for the development of pharmaceutical innovation. How to improve the team’s innovation ability has become an urgent problem to be solved. The research finds that knowledge governance can effectively break the bottleneck of team innovation ability. Based on the knowledge governance of the pharmaceutical R&D team, we analyzed the characteristics of pharmaceutical R&D needs, knowledge environment and team environment, the team knowledge governance process is deconstructed into three parts: structure, process and system. According to the characteristics of the team knowledge governance and the applicable situation, the R&D team can be remodeling.
