摘要
文章将TQM理论引入高职院校课堂教学质量监控与管理工作中,通过调研分析高职院校课堂教学质量监控体系现状,研究构建有效的高职院校课堂教学质量监控体系的途径,从而实施全过程、全方位、全员参与的课堂教学质量监控。
This paper introduces TQM theory into the classroom teaching quality monitoring and management of higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of classroom teaching quality monitoring system in higher vocational colleges, it studies and constructs an effective way of classroom teaching quality monitoring system in higher vocational colleges so as to implement the classroom teaching quality monitoring in the whole process, in all directions and with the participation of all staff.
