摘要
实习日志被视为方便高职指导教师与实习学生沟通的一种方式,但蕴含在其中的一些宝贵信息经常被忽略。文章探讨了实习日志内容的潜在价值,从诊断在校教学内容与一线工作要求的匹配度、评估校内学习阶段的学习成效、丰富能力培养类的教学资源、为校园职场教育提供素材支撑等方面阐述了实习日志内容的挖掘对高职人才培养体系优化的多重价值,通过对制约实习日志作用发挥的因素分析,提出了相应的对策和建议。
Internship journal is regarded as a way to facilitate the communication between teachers and students, but some valuable information contained in it is often ignored. This paper discusses the potential value of internship journal. The content mining has multiple value to the optimization of the talents training system in higher vocational colleges. From the journal, we can diagnose the compatibility of the teaching content and job requirement, evaluate the campus learning effectiveness, enrich ability-training teaching resources and provide material support for campus career education. The factors restricting internship journal functions are analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
