文章探讨了"一带五基地"背景下高校培养创新人才的问题,近年来高校创新创业教育取得了一些成绩,但也存在教育理念落后,社会支持力度弱,人才培养体系不健全,实践环节少,参与率低等问题。建议从树立现代教育理念,营造良好的创新创业氛围,构建高校创新创业教育课程体系,发挥大学生主观能动性等方面加强高校创新创业教育。

This paper discusses the innovative talents training under the background of "one belt and five bases". In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has made some achievements, but there are also some deficiencies, such as backward educational concept, weak social support, imperfect talent training system, little practice and low participation rate, etc. We should set up the modern education concept, create a good atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,build the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, give play to the subjective initiative of college students, and strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
