摘要 氧化应激与炎症侵袭相互作用是类风湿关节炎发病与疾病进展的关键因素,血红素氧合酶1(HO-1)是核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)/抗氧化反应原件(ARE)信号传导通路下游激活的抗氧化酶之一,不但具有抗氧化、抗炎作用,而且在一定程度上反映了RA的病情轻重。总结HO-1与类风湿关节炎的关系,旨在探讨HO-1将可能是类风湿关节炎治疗的潜在靶点和新的疗效评定指标。
